Which resume format is best for Indian jobs?
Most Indian employers expect a reverse-chronological resume with your education, percentage or CGPA, and often a photo and a signed declaration. Our Kolkata and Fresher templates follow that convention; if you are applying abroad, Classic or Minimal drop the photo and declaration.
What is an ATS-friendly resume?
Applicant tracking systems parse your resume before a human reads it, and they struggle with columns, photos and graphics. Every template here is labelled ATS-safe or Designed, so you can see which ones parse reliably instead of guessing.
Can I download my resume as a Word file?
Yes. You can export to PDF for sending and to Word if a portal or recruiter asks for an editable document.
Do I need a photo on my resume?
In India a photo is conventional for many roles and expected in campus placements. For applications to the US, UK or Europe it is usually better left off. The photo is optional and only templates that use it will show it.
Can I share my resume as a link?
