Can I start numbering from a number other than 1?
Yes. Set 'Start numbering at' to any number. This is useful when the PDF is one chapter of a longer document.
Where can the page numbers go?
Bottom centre, bottom left, bottom right, top centre, or top right. You can also choose the format: a plain number, "Page 1", or "1 of 10".
Does this work on scanned PDFs?
Yes. The numbers are drawn on top of the existing page content, so it works whether the pages contain real text or scanned images.
